Food Allergies can present in various signs and symptoms, but what is the root cause of food allergies? Hyperpermeability of the gut, or what’s commonly known as a leaky gut, creates a hostile environment where our beneficial microbiome is compromised, thus compromising the immune system.

Food allergies occur when the immune system overreacts to substances in your food, that your immune system recognizes as harmful. The immune system triggers cells to release immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies, which will neutralize the allergen. What happens then is the next time you eat that same food, the IgE antibodies sense this and releases histamine and other chi into the bloodstream to create a reaction.

Milk, nuts, shellfish, eggs, wheat, soy and fish are common foods that can cause food allergies. These allergies are more common in children than adults, but this is changing radically.

There are over 50 billion people suffering from allergies-70% of adults and 50% of children. Food allergies are to be taken seriously, as if they are not addressed they can lead to anaphylactic shock and even death. Get tested today!  Below are some symptoms, in the different systems.

If you are suffering from any of these, please talk your doctor or healthcare practitioner about a food allergy test, to detect IgE, all classes of IgG and IgG-C3d immune complexes for a higher sensitivity.  Also have your doctor ask for testing of the measurements of BHA, polysorbate 80, MSG, food additives: Yellow #6, Red #2, Red #3, Red #40, BVO, Aspartame and Saccharin. The reason for these additional testing is because these substances/chemicals are found in processed food products. Dunwoody Labs is a lab that handles these types of tests.
